  What kind of positive future can humanity create for itself? Leading edge thinkers and activists in various fields will share their vision and present a new paradigm for the 21st century based on their latest research and insight.
 "How can we build a global society in which everyone can enjoy a good and happy life while caring for our planet?" Winners of the 2005 International Essay Contest for Young People will present their essays on this topic.    We will first review the nature of the current global trends, hearing the latest research report on the scientific basis for sustainability, which was conducted by an international team of over 100 scientists. This will be followed by a discussion on how we may transform our systems in order to attain a sustainable future.
 Who are we? What is our larger story? As we search for deeper meaning of our existence, frontier science and spirituality are coming together to give rise to new worldviews and an understanding of life. We will explore the nature of this shift that is occurring and the future of human evolution.
