Call for Essays: 2020 International Essay Contest for Young People

Young people from around the world are invited to enter the 2020 International Essay Contest for Young People organized by the Goi Peace Foundation. The theme for this year’s contest is “A Letter from Myself in 2030.”

Deadline for 2019-2020 Peace Pals International Art Exhibition and Awards is approaching on March 15.

Young people (age 5 – 16) are invited to submit their artwork to the 2019-2020 Peace Pals International Art Exhibition and Awards. This year’s theme is “Sports and Peace.”

2019 International Essay Contest for Young People – Winners Announced!

We are pleased to announce the winners of the 2019 International Essay Contest for Young People. From among 20,657 entries from 157 countries, the following winners were selected. We take this opportunity to thank all of you who participated in the contest!

Winners of the 2019 competition were announced at a ceremony at the Entrepreneurship Summit in Berlin on October 20, 2019.

Chairperson Masami Saionji and President Hiroo Saionji of the Goi Peace Foundation were awarded the 2019 Luxembourg Peace Prize in the category of Outstanding Peace Activists, in recognition of their pre-eminent efforts and initiative to promote peace.
